Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how this website handles your personal data when you browse it or contact us through the form, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Reg. 2016/679).
We collect only what we need, we never sell your data, and you stay in control of it at all times.
Data controller
The controller of your data is STABLO, the developer and operator of this website. For any privacy matter you can write to dordodeka@gmail.com.
Full business details (registered name, address and VAT number) are available on request.
Information you provide
When you fill in and submit the contact form, we collect the details you choose to share with us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Optionally, your business name and website
- The message you write to us
- The language you are using, so we can reply appropriately
Technical data
Like virtually every website, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information in server logs - such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the date and time of each request. This is used only to keep the site secure, stable and working correctly.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking that builds a profile of you. Any analytics is optional and runs only with your consent, as described below.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate - for example which pages are most popular. It runs only if you opt in through the cookie banner, IP addresses are anonymised, and we do not use it for advertising or remarketing. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that measures aggregate traffic without storing information on your device or identifying you.
How we use your data
We process your data only for clear, limited purposes, on the basis of your consent when you reach out and our legitimate interest in responding and protecting the site:
- To read and reply to the messages you send us
- To provide the services or information you ask for
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse
- To comply with legal obligations where they apply
Cookies
This website uses essential, technical cookies needed for it to function and stay secure (for example, to remember your language and to protect forms from abuse), plus optional analytics cookies that load only if you accept them. It does not use profiling or advertising cookies.
You can find the full breakdown in our Cookie Policy.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the trusted providers that help us operate the site, each acting as a data processor under an appropriate agreement. Where any provider processes data outside the EU, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are applied.
- Vercel - website hosting and delivery
- Resend - sending the email that notifies us of your message
- Supabase - secure database storage for contact submissions
- Google - anonymised website analytics (Google Analytics), only with your consent
How long we keep your data
We keep the messages and contact details you send only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than necessary. Server logs are kept for a short period for security. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have a number of rights over your personal data:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased (the right to be forgotten)
- Restrict or object to how we process it
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time
Exercising your rights
To exercise any of these rights, simply email dordodeka@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable, security-focused providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new revision date.
